I've been working with New You Health Clinic for a year and I feel great- like myself again. To begin Erin scheduled a comprehensive panel of blood work and carefully reviewed the findings with me while discussing my health goals. From there she set up a plan that was easy to follow (some suppliments and medication, protein intake goal). Monthly we reviewed progress and made adjustments or additions to the plan (like increasing the amount I walk each week). A year later, I've lost 4 dress sizes and feel drastically improved. I sleep better, have more energy and far less joint pain. My insurance does not cover the visits and some medications. For me, this is not a cheap or easy fix. It's expensive and I have to put in the work. It's worth every effort and every cent. Highly recommend.
