To begin Erin scheduled a comprehensive panel of blood work and carefully reviewed the findings with me while discussing my health goals. From there she set up a plan that was easy to follow (some suppliments and medication, protein intake goal). Monthly we reviewed progress and made adjustments or additions to the plan (like increasing the amount I walk each week). A year later, I've lost 4 dress sizes and feel drastically improved.
